As Numa by Spanians prepares to close, all sales are final. We sincerely thank you for your support throughout our journey.

Final Sale

Effective immediately, all purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit. This applies to all full-price, sale, promotional, and outlet merchandise.

Please review your order carefully, including style, size, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Numa by Spanians is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Numa by Spanians is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location where packages can be safely received.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you regarding available reshipping options. Additional shipping charges may apply. As all sales are final, returned packages are not eligible for refunds.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@numabyspanians.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• The email address used to place the order

• The item style, size, and color

• Clear photos showing the issue

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.
